🔁 How It Works

1. Fill out our trade-in pre-check online (or bring the scooter or Ebike in).
2. We perform a quick safety & battery check in-store.
3. If eligible, receive trade-in credit toward any new scooter or e-bike.
4. If not eligible, choose an upgrade credit, loyalty bonus, or recycle credit.

✅ Eligibility (Must meet ALL)

• Powers on
• Battery holds a charge (no swelling)
• No severe water damage or interior corrosion
• Frame intact, motor functional
• No missing major parts

⛔ Not Eligible

We typically decline units with dead batteries, severe corrosion, missing major components, or generic marketplace scooters without parts support.

💰 Trade-In Value Ranges

Scooters - Entry: $25–$75 | Mid-tier: $75–$150 | Premium: $150–$300

Ebikes - Entry: $50-100 | Mid-tier: $100–$250 | Premium: $250–$500

💡 Can’t Trade? Options

• Repair Customer Upgrade Credit: $20–$50 toward a new model if you upgrade today.
• Repeat Customer Bonus: Extra $25-50 credit if you bought from us before (show your invoice).
• Recycle Credit: $20 credit for non-refurbishable units.
