Tucson Electric Scooter Sales & Repair LLC proudly supports official manufacturer warranties for Segway, Gotrax, and Macfox products purchased from our store. Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of coverage, support services, limitations, and customer responsibilities.

We support the entire warranty process, including:
- Diagnostic inspection & eligibility confirmation
- Submitting manufacturer-required documentation
- Performing warranty-approved repairs
- Providing ongoing repair status updates
No labor charge for warranty-approved repairs. A flat $20 materials fee applies (lubricants, cleaners, consumables).
Lifetime cap: 3 fees max per product’s warranty period.
- Accident damage, neglect, impacts, water damage
- Wear items (tires, tubes, pads, grips, cosmetic wear)
- Non-OEM accessories
- Labor not approved by the manufacturer
- Proof of purchase from our store
- Product drop-off for diagnostics
- Photos/video when required by manufacturer
- Serial number & purchase date
Warranty turnaround time depends on manufacturer approval and parts availability. We manage communication and keep you updated throughout.
