Repair & Test

Our team can assist with:

  • Initial inspection and troubleshooting
  • Photos, videos and documentation requested by the manufacturer
  • Direct dealer communication with manufacturer support
  • Warranty claim submission and follow-up
  • Replacement-part coordination
  • Manufacturer-approved repairs
  • Final repair testing before your product is returned
This is the advantage of buying locally. Instead of being handed a support email and a box of replacement parts, you have a local shop helping move the claim from diagnosis to repair.
Warranty Parts, Labor & Shop Costs

Manufacturer warranties generally provide coverage for qualifying defective components. Warranty coverage does not automatically include diagnostic or repair labor performed by our shop.

As an authorized dealer, we work directly with our manufacturers whenever possible to resolve warranty claims fairly and efficiently. Depending on the claim, the manufacturer may provide replacement parts, authorize additional support, or make other arrangements through the dealer.

Our goal is to take care of our customers. If a warranty claim may result in customer-paid labor or other significant shop charges, we'll discuss those costs with you before completing the work.

Shop supplies or materials may also be required for certain repairs, including lubricants, cleaners, adhesives, hardware and other consumables that are not supplied by the manufacturer.

What's Usually Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties are designed primarily for defects in materials or workmanship. They generally do not cover:

  • Crash, collision or impact damage
  • Abuse, misuse, stunt riding or neglect
  • Water intrusion, corrosion or improper storage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tires, tubes and other consumable wear items
  • Brake pads, rotors, chains and other worn drivetrain components
  • Cosmetic damage, scratches or dents
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or previous repair
  • Aftermarket electrical components or incompatible accessories
A failed component is not automatically a warranty defect. Final warranty eligibility is determined by the manufacturer based on the cause of failure and the terms applicable to the product.
What We Need From You
  • Your original purchase information
  • The complete bike, e-moto or scooter when required for diagnosis
  • Product serial number
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photos or video when requested
  • Reasonable time for manufacturer review and parts shipment

Please avoid disassembling, modifying or attempting electrical repairs before bringing the product in. Unauthorized modifications or repairs may affect manufacturer warranty eligibility.

Warranty Turnaround Time

Warranty repairs don't always follow the same timeline as normal paid service. Manufacturer troubleshooting, approval, parts availability and shipping can affect turnaround time.

We'll keep the process moving on our end and contact you when we receive meaningful updates, approvals or required parts.
