Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for choosing Tucson EScooters & eBikes. Please review our return and exchange policy below. All policies apply to in-store purchases unless otherwise stated.
Return & Exchange Window
- Returns: Accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In like-new condition and not excessively used. Any damage after purchase, including flat tires, is the responsibility of the buyer and is not eligible for return.
- Have less than 50 miles on the odometer for scooters or e-bikes.
- Free from damage, scratches, cracks, water exposure, or non-factory modifications.
- Returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and charger(s).
No restocking fee is applied if the product has under 5 miles of use and meets all like-new condition requirements.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies if the product shows wear, missing components, cosmetic damage, or more than 5 miles of use.
No Test Rides
We currently do not allow test rides. Customers may inspect the scooter or e-bike in the store prior to purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Inner tubes (tire tubes) are non-returnable.
- Used items exceeding 50 miles or showing visible wear.
- Damaged items or items exposed to water.
- Final sale, clearance, or “as-is” items.
- Special orders or custom builds.
- Opened parts, accessories, or helmets.
- Batteries (unless approved as a warranty claim).
Proof of Purchase
- A valid receipt is required for any return or exchange.
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
- Cash refunds over $200 may be issued by check within 5 business days.
- Credit/debit card processing fees are non-refundable where applicable.
Warranty & Service
All new products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims require inspection and must follow the manufacturer’s terms. Damage caused by misuse, collisions, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. See warranty page for more details.
In-Store Inspections
All returns and exchanges must be brought to our store and are subject to a condition evaluation before approval.
